Southside Medical Care Presents...
The Biggest Loser
Every year we make the same New Year's Resolution to "Lose
Weight". We often get discouraged because we are too busy
to exercise, feel like we are doing this challenge alone
or maybe we don't want to eat healthy. Whatever your reason
may be Southside Medical Care is here to help. Join us on
our challenge "The Biggest Loser". Whoever loses the most
weight by April 15th Wins all the registration money. We
will help you through the challenge by providing healthy
diet menus, monthly weigh in and much more. There is a $5
registration fee and you must be registered by Feb. 1. The
15th of every month we will have a weigh in. It is not
mandatory but recommended so we can see your progress!
