October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Southside Medical Care is joining the fight to stamp out breast cancer in our lifetime. Over the past few months Southside Medical Care has been collectiong donations and selling merchandise to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Our offices to date have raised over $1,100.00. Way to go!!!! We appreciate all our patients support in joining Southside Medical Care to change the future of breast cancer and change millions of lives along the way.
We would like to encourage our patients to conduct their monthly self breat examination. We recommend and encourage our patients to have an annual mammogram.
