As a primary healthcare provider, we hope to fulfill a role as Family Physician.  We take pride in the quality of our thorough examination.  This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, the individual.  It is also the best current means of determining and maintaining the quality of your health.  The examination usually consists of a history and physical examination and various laboratory tests.

SMC participates in a variety of medical plan networks, HMO's, PPO's and insurance plans.  The most commonly accepted plans are: BCBS PPO, HMO and POS, Aetna, United Healthcare with premium designation, Humana, Tricare, Coventry, Kaiser, Cigna, Great West Healthcare, Southcare, BeechStreet, and First Health.          SMC requires all co-payments, co-insurances and deductibles required by your insurance at the time of service.
